  4. Knead to a soft dough and set it aside for 10minutes. After 10 minutes make dough balls..
  5. Roll to an evenly round shaped paratha. Sprinkle flour as needed..
  6. Heat a tawa on a medium flame. Place the cabbage paratha on the hot tawa. Apply oil and toast. When you see bubbles coming up on the paratha, flip to the otherside..
  7. Toast it on both the sides until well cooked and brown spots begins to appear..
  8. Serve cabbage paratha with yogurt, pickle or chutney..
